We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. You can select your preferred carrier and service at checkout. Postage rates are calculated by the carriers and are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the distance to be shipped. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier. Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order (as reflected on the commercial invoice).
Online return policy
Any item marked down 50% or more is considered Final Sale. Fabric and vintage goods are also Final Sale. Qualifying items may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which they were purchased. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by emailing email@example.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please do not return items purchased online to an Erica Tanov store location. All returned items must be in their original condition and sent via UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority mail to:

If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the original merchandise separately. This will ensure the quickest service and that the exchange item you need is in stock. We make every effort to credit your card within one business day of receiving your return.
In-store return policy
We offer an exchange of store credit only for merchandise returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds. Purchases are final on sale merchandise. Store credit must be redeemed at location where issued. Purchases made with store credit are final.
Out of stock items
On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
